Bosco Verticale

The project integrates two residential towers (110 m / 76 m) with a vertical forest system comprising 800 trees, 15,000 perennial plants, and 5,000 shrubs—effectively reintroducing approximately 30,000 m² of forest canopy into the urban core. The vegetation sequesters an estimated 30,000 tonnes of CO₂ equivalent annually, while providing passive microclimatic regulation: mitigating the urban heat island effect through summer shading and reducing HVAC loads by acting as a windbreak in winter.
